Emmanuel Macron believes that making charges against those in conflict in Ukraine is not helped by bringing charges against them. In the situation where virtually all main players are banging the drums of war he declines to be drawn into agreeing Biden's charge of genocide.
Once again it appears the western press is reluctant to give ensure we are allowed to read about important news stories that are accurate and factual. Who else is giving peace a chance?
