Arthur Scargill joins RMT picket at Wakefield

Arthur Scargill joined the RMT picket at Wakefield Station on the first day of the RMT strike on 21st June 2022. He was wearing the same cap as the one he had on when he was arrested on the picket line at Orgreave Colliery 40 years ago when picketing as leader of the NUM.

Stay at home Arthur or the government will use you against railmen. You lost before because it became a personality clash between you and Maggie. I support all workers fighting for their rights, pensions, wages and working conditions.
